Legal Services of Eastern Missouri's (LSEM) Neighborhood Vacancy Initiative

LSEM can assist you with clearing title and beneficiary deeds. Title clearance eliminates doubt of legal ownership, making it easier to sell the property. Beneficiary deeds ensure legal transfer of a property in the event that the property owner dies.
Landlord and Tenant Rights

This guide from the Missouri Attorney General's Office outlines the basics of Missouri Tenant-Landlord Law. See pages 4-7.
