• Proposed budget 
• Plans for ongoing maintenance 
• Community engagement material (optional)
• Photos of your project site 
• Simple sketch of your project design and/or project inspiration photos.

The deadline to submit your application is March 31, 2026. 
The application is a fillable pdf. If you're unable to complete it digitally, you may:

• Print, scan, and email
