Marine Villa Meadow (2025)Located on the 3500 block of South Broadway, the Marine Villa Meadow Garden Project transformed a vacant space into a welcoming community garden! The project added native plants to support pollinators, a butterfly sculpture by local artist (and team member) Elizabeth Moore, and a little free library! Project leaders envision the space as a hub for community events, environmental education, and neighborhood connection. Future plans include adding benches and a bike rack—perfect for neighbors and cyclists, as the site sits along a bike path.

Baden Pocketpark (2025)Located at the entrance of the historic Baden neighborhood in North St. Louis, the Baden Pocketpark received funding to clean up and reactivate this once-vibrant community space. Led by the ROBA (Revitalization of Baden Association) team, volunteers added native plants to the fenced-in site, a shade sail to minimize sun exposure, and decorative Put-In Cups to beautify the space! By bringing new life to the site, the park is once again a hub for connection and events that support the Baden community!

Hilltop Community Garden and Greenhouse (2024)Hilltop Beautification Project was awarded funding to transform 5900-5910 Cote Brilliante in the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood into Hilltop Community Garden and Greenhouse! Residents planted native plants and trees to create a safe and sustainable green space for children to play and neighbors to enjoy. Future plans for the project include developing the enclosed portion of the lot into a food garden.

West End Neighbors (2024)West End Neighbors used their grant to support the beautification of a vacant lot located at 1295 Hamilton Avenue. Rejuvenated with native plants, the project not only creates a welcoming entry point into the West End neighborhood, but also promote biodiversity, sustainability, and community engagement.

Occupy Vacancy (2024)The Occupy Vacancy Project group received funding to create a community green space housing native plants, trees, and public art! Located at 4012 and 4016 Enright Avenue the project celebrates the rich history of the Vandeventer Neighborhood through interactive points in the garden featuring historical information and personal stories from residents.
