The Vacancy to Vibrancy Maintenance Fund Grant was created to sustain and build upon the community-led projects created through the STL Vacancy Collaborative’s Vacancy to Vibrancy Small Grants Program.

Through grants ranging up to $3,166, the Fund supports the continued upkeep of past Vacancy to Vibrancy-funded sites,  helping project teams cover costs such as seasonal care, landscaping, and general stewardship.

By offering dedicated maintenance support, the Fund allows communities to build on the momentum they’ve created and reduce the long-term burden on volunteers. The goal of the Fund is to keep activated spaces safe, beautiful, and engaging for residents year-round. 

​The grant is currently open. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 24, 2026.
