STL Regional Crime Commission (RCC) + LRA + DED
The St. Louis Regional Crime Commission was awarded state ARPA funding and entered into an agreement with the Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) to support building assessments and demolitions. This Agreement will assist the mission of LRA in accelerating its building demolition and stabilization efforts for the benefit of the City of St. Louis and in support of the Economic Justice Action Plan.

MSD-LRA Urban Greening Program
St. Louis Development Corporation - with funding from the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District - demolishes vacant buildings with the goal of removing impervious surface and reducing combined sewer overflows. In many locations, demolitions are part of neighborhood planning and community green space projects through Green City Coalition.
